I find it hard to keep blog writing going … I am aware that there are over 600 million blogs in the world right now and at least a million of them are travel blogs, so the thought is ‘why bother?’ Most bloggers are destined to be the Salieri to Mozart.

I wasn’t going to write about Armenia. It was the country I came to after my fight with diverticulitis which led to me spending three days in hospital and the need for recovery.
